We offer free Fed-Ex regular shipping on all domestic orders. Additionally, we offer free international shipping on orders above value Rs. 20,000. For any international orders under Rs. 20,000, international shipping rates will apply.

Orders usually ship within 1-3 days of placement. In the event that the item(s) are being customized, please allow up to ten days for your order to ship. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, and courier company caused delay delivery time.

We are able to ship internationally via Blue Dart. We offer flat rate shipping at Rs.1,400 for all international orders under Rs.20,000. All orders over Rs.20,000 are applicable for free international shipping.

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the PRERTO website, please fill the returns request form and send the product at your cost by courier within 14 days to our store address.

However, if the product reaches you damaged and broken, you may contact us and we will organise a free return.

No. You do not need an account to make a purchase. You can check out as a guest – however we do strongly recommend creating an account.
Register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your PRERTO account:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Save your address so you can shop even quicker next time
  • Manage your account details, address book and email preferences

To create an account, simply click on ‘SIGN IN’ and then ‘REGISTER NOW’ to fill in your details.

  • Use the New, Collection & Jewellery links to help you find what you are looking for. You can also shop by browsing our blog.
  • Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, and click on the
  • Add to Cart button underneath each item.
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the View Cart link at the top of the page. You can use the Remove from Cart link to delete items from your shopping bag.
  • Click on Checkout to complete your order.

All products on sale or using any discount code, are non refundable/exchangable. In case of any damage, we shall exchange or fix the product.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in under status.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards. For international customers, we accept payments through PayPal.
We also have Cash on Delivery, bank transfer and cheque options.
Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.

All orders ship from India. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges please contact your local customs office.
For all domestic orders (with India) taxes and duties have already been included in the product price.

Sale packaging
All sale items will be delivered in basic packaging only, which does not include our signature yellow and silver box.

All sales are final – they are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

If you have forgotten your password, follow the Lost My Password instructions on the Sign In page to change and rest your password. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.

You can buy a PRERTO gift card in by following these steps:

  • Select Gift from the top navigation menu in the drop down followed by Gift Card.
  • All gift cards are printed. Gift cards are shipped in PRERTO packaging.
  • Choose the amount, enter the recipient’s name, include a personal message, and then add the gift card to your shopping bag.
  • You will be notified by email as soon as your gift card has been dispatched.

Alternatively, you can select any item from our Gift Guide or from our website, and on check out enter the recipient’s name, and include a personal message.

We offer a number of options to suit our customer’s needs:

Signature Packaging
Your order will be placed in one of our signature yellow and silver boxes and luxuriously tied with ribbon. Each package will come with its own pouch and care instruction manual.

Basic Packaging
These packages will be bubble wrapped in a pouch and sent in our signature cardboard box.

Gift Orders
When placing your order, check the box under packaging options to include an optional gift message. Your gift purchase will arrive in our signature box and packaging, tied with a PRERTO silver ribbon and will include a gift card if you have provided a message.

Sale orders
All sale purchases will be shipped in basic packaging, unless you add the signature packaging option.
